First, I've been pretty busy looking for some good deals. This was my first black Friday. I was pretty irritated that Mom didn't take the time to go shopping. The economy must be bad because my Mom is a dedicated deal shopper!
Ok, we've had a busy week! Last Sunday, my Grandpa & Grammy Miller came to town! Hooray!! They love giving me lots of hugs and kisses - sometimes I just lean into Grandpa and he gives me more and more and more kisses - it's great. My Grammy is hilarious!! I like to laugh with her ... a lot! She's a hoot! Monday, Aunt Tammy and cousins Zane and Grayson came to town. I was so excited to see my cousins! The last time I saw them, I was a little baby. They were WAY more fun this time around. Grayson loves to play with me when the bigger kids go do things big kids like to do. Zane was so sweet to me! I just love my Auntie and cousins - they're the best.
So, Mom was super busy doing who-knows-what in the kitchen (all I know is that is smelled fantastic & made me hungry a lot) - and then all these people came over. I couldn't keep up with who was whom, but I think I figured out that I had two more Aunts, an Uncle, and another cousin in the mix. I know now! Aunt Sandy, Uncle Michael, and cousin Luke were here. They were super nice and kept telling me how pretty I am, which I am. Then Aunt Wendy came. She was really nice and told me I was a good baby, which I am.
Grandpa's best buddy was here too! My Mommy said how much she loves Melvin and Beverly. She was really happy they came to visit! There was a lot of laughing with those two around! Grown-ups are silly!
Everyone was at our house and there was a lot of food, but I got really tired and took a nap. I guess they had dinner while I was sleeping.
The next day we got all dressed up and went bye bye in the car. We went to see more Aunts and Uncles and to say goodbye to my Aunt Terry. She died when I was just a little baby and Mommy's family had a Memorial Service for her. Grandpa talked, Melvin sang, and Daddy talked, which made me very sleepy --- so I took a nap. I woke up to everyone hugging and talking so I think they all love one another. After the service, we went to Aunt Melissa's house to see more cousins. I love my cousins, but I was really tired and cranky. After I fussed enough, Mom and Dad finally took me home. I slept for hours! When I woke up, all the other kids were in bed - I got to see Mommy, Daddy, Grandpa and Grammy all on my own! That was GREAT!
Saturday, we went to Dickens of a Christmas. It was cold! I was hungry! We went to breakfast at Spoons and then Daddy took me home because I like a nap after I eat. I like a nap anytime! That night we hung out with our cousins and Grandpa and Grammy. I always like that!!
The next day Aunt Tammy and the cousins went home to Chicago. We'll miss them!
Now Mom is decorating. She's keeping Grandpa and Grammy busy - which makes me mad because I want to play with them!
