Lily's Busy Life

Lily is almost one year old & definitely settling into some routines as well as likes & dislikes.

Here is one of her favorites:

She has been hugged & tugged, sucked on and kissed. Notice the hair. That hair has been "kneaded" by our sweet little one until Baby has the most lovely dreadlocks.

Maybe this will be the man of her dreams. A Rastafarian in the family? Hmmmm....
(and YES, I know this is Lenny Kravitz, who isn't a rastafarian, but who is yummy & talented!)

For the meantime, her love is Baby. She can't sleep without Baby.
She now displays her affection for Baby without abandon.


Here is Lily's other favorite:

Lily talks a lot and it's always, "Abby, abby, abby, abby!" Noah has shed a tear or two that she's not saying, "Noah," but we've reassured him that sooner than later he will be begging us to get her away from him. He doesn't believe us!

One thing is for sure, Lily rather be right with us than in the midst of a million toys. She's definitely a people person.

When she's not with "her people" she like to discover non-toys to amuse her. This week's fascination is with the laptop. That kid is always busy!
