We're Gonna Bowl Tonight!

The kids were out of school on Monday. I finally followed through on a promise to take them bowling. After an hour wait, they hit the lanes.

Noah tried with all his might to keep the correct form. As is usual with Noah, he just wanted to do everything right. He was so cute with sweaty hands and arm pumps when things went his way.

All I can say about Abby is, "For the love of the game" - she looks like a pro ... maybe her score will reflect that someday! It was precious to see she and Noah high five when one of them had success.

Charlie preferred the pin ball method. Shelly and I about wet our pants every time he - as if underwhelmed - let the ball go. You should have seen his slight grin when the ball went from bumper to bumper.

I absolutely love this picture of Aubrey because it's how he approaches anything he's determined to do --- he rushes it with abandon. Aubrey was the winner! Let me tell you - he won by brut force, he did!!
