Noah's Bad Day

Since I've started this blog, the kids have hated it. Every time something funny/sad/ironic happens they ask, "Is this going on the blog?" This morning an amazing event occurred. Noah began to compose his own blog entry. Here it is:

Noah's Bad Day

I woke up this morning and the house was completely quiet. Abby wasn't upstairs so I went downstairs. NO ONE WAS THERE! I started screaming, "DID EVERYBODY LEAVE ME AT HOME ALONE?!" That was when Dad walked through the door. He was home, but Mom, Abby, and Lily went to get bagels. Dad told me to take a quick shower and get dressed - so I did.

Mom and my sisters got home with breakfast. By the time I got to the kitchen, Abby was already eating. I was thirsty, so I went to get some milk. No milk. I turn around. Abby has a full glass of milk - argh! I got the water pitcher out of the fridge. No water. Argh! I put the pitcher in the sink to fill it up. While the water was filtering through I put my bagel in the toaster and went to get a plate. Guess what? NO PLATES! I turned around. Abby had the last clean plate. Argh! Luckily the dishwasher was full of clean dishes. I got a plate and got my bagel out of the toaster. Then I went to get a drink of water. Where's the water pitcher?! Mom had put it back in the fridge - argh! This is just getting ridiculous!! Mom asked me what was the matter. When I told her, she started laughing. I couldn't help it, I started laughing too. Guess my bad day wasn't so bad after all. It's like my life is a comic!

Noah, great entry, it is good to know I am not the only one who feels that way sometimes.
