It occurred to me this morning that I'm beginning to develop an excessive amount of appreciation for the tiniest bits of joy. This, in turn, brings me more joy - which is very rewarding. Yeah ME!
I wanted to share one not so little thing with two very small things - so here they are:

LDS Living & Diet Coke from QT
It's funny. I'm Mormon, but I (as a rule) dislike Mormonny things. I do - however - LOVE LDS Living. It's so great! They have fun ideas, good little stories, and great recipes. One thing I found, which is going to save my life this Thanksgiving, is a little story called "Cook it Forward". It's all about preparing the Thanksgiving meal for a slew of people ahead of time. The recipes sound yummy and it has given new life to our standard Thanksgiving fare. I'm so excited!
Now for the Diet Coke, which may seem silly to some of you. To me, it's my only vice. I have become quite the conoisseur of Diet Coke throughout my twenty year love affair with the beverage. QT (a gas station) has the best sodas around! They are all made with filtered water. You normal people may not be able to tell the difference, but those of us with a refined palate will be pleasantly aglow with each refreshing gulp - uh, I mean, dainty sip.

From one Diet Coke lover to another, QT is the bomb! My 2 year old steals a sip now and then and says, ooohhh Mommy, coke is good! That's trouble!
